Presence of Ancestors is a very special session as we dive into a field that has been dancing around the collective field for a while. As I was meditating on what session would be next, I was shown the beautiful presence of DNA. The DNA began to spin and grow closer and within this field were the infinite markings and strings connected to our Ancestors. There is important healing, retrieval, releasing, and liberating that many of you have been doing for years, but may find more prominent at this time. If not, this session will surely open that door.
 
Every alignment session acts as an intimate experience for each individual, shifting with each listen. This specific field felt very personal. You are encouraged to spend the first two weeks connecting to this specific order. 1. Earthly Ancestors 2. Cosmic Ancestors 3. The Foremothers and Forefathers. After this initial stage, you are then guided to follow your intuition when working with this field. There is much to be received from this session and due to this, you are asked to spend more time than usual in integration.
 
Energetic Alignment Sessions are 25-30 minute guided energy healing experiences designed to align, stabilize, and strengthen the energetic field while connecting with a specific stream of consciousness. Each session gently moves energy from the crown to the root, clearing stagnation, balancing the chakras, and anchoring the soul more deeply into the body. These sessions include energy work, light language, tones, and subtle frequency attunement among other spiritual tools to assist you on your journey toward self realization.
